We run a scouting desk that hunts down the exact counterparty a principal needs, wherever that person actually is.

When the person you need doesn't surface on any list, someone has to go and find them: understand the market, identify the name, and reach them before anyone else thinks to. That search is our standing work.

We operate this desk under the Union network. We scout quietly, approach through relationships, and make the introduction only once the person is right and genuinely willing to meet.
